Men | Ways to Connect

Men's Meals

Men’s Meals are gatherings where we share a meal, meet up with guys, and hear a real life story from a Crossroads guy about what God is doing in his life. Especially if you are new to Crossroads, this is an easy on-ramp to some connection with other men, and an opportunity to hear about groups guys can join. The content of the event is simply driven by the stories men tell of how God is working in their life. No need to prepare anything, and no need to RSVP. If you can bring a $5 donation that would be great, but no pressure.

Men's Group Opportunities

We gather to make the big church small and deepen our relationships with God and others. Several opportunities for smaller men’s gatherings happen throughout the year. Some groups are curriculum driven, some are interest driven, and some are relaxed and some are more challenging. If you want to connect into a smaller community of men, check out some of these opportunities:

Fireside Gatherings

Once a month, a group of guys gathers around the fire for some meaningful conversations about faith and the things that make a man's heart come alive. We usually start with a question or theme, let the conversation unfold, and then spend some time in prayer to support, encourage, and strengthen one another. Then we just enjoy the fire. It's a great relaxed environment to connect with and grow with some good guys.

Men's Retreats

Sometimes we need to retreat from the matrix of life, clear the white noise, and get away. We also need experiences that will give us a shot-in-the-arm spiritually and relationally as we join in the stories, adventures, and moments of brotherhood with other men. When we retreat, focus our attention on God, and take care of our souls we often feel more connected with God and his story for our lives. Retreats happen at various times during the year.

Men's One-on-One Discipleship

We have several men at Crossroads who love to sojourn alongside guys on their faith journey. If you want to connect with one of these guys for one-on-one mentoring/discipleship, please let us know here.
