DESCRIPTION:No matter the cause of your loved one’s death\, this is an opportunity to be around people who understand what you are feeling. \nYou will learn valuable information on facing life situations\, recognize symptoms of normal emotions and those of being stuck\, and you’ll gain renewed hope for the future. These sessions are open to any adult regardless of whether your experience is recent or not so recent. The group is led by individuals who have personally experienced grief due to a loved one’s death. \nEach week includes a DVD teaching time followed by group discussion on topics relevant to your situation. You will also receive a workbook to keep you engaged throughout the week. Our hope is that you will find encouragement\, help\, and healing in grieving the death of your loved one. \nThis group will meet from January 12–April 6. SUMMARY:Evaluating Your Dating Relationship
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a 3 session class on Monday evenings. This class is intended for those in a serious dating relationship who desire to learn more about the dynamics of their relationship – both the strength areas and potential growth areas. We will also cover God’s plan\, purpose\, and design for marriage; how to best evaluate a relationship; characteristics of a healthy relationship along with common struggles; and how to make a godly decision. \n\nIf you did not attend the God’s Vision for Marriage Lunch and Learn in the Fall\, we require that you listen to a recording of that class prior to attending this class.\nEach couple needs to take the Couple Check-up relationship assessment and bring their results to the class. If you want us to print them for you\, you can email them to Jean.\n\nRegister Here\nCost: $35 to take the assessment online \nWe recommend you take the assessment 2-3 weeks prior to the start of the class.
