We believe that Crossroads has been placed in the city, for the city. There are church-led initiatives and local ministry partnerships that we as a church body get to steward, to serve the city of Grand Rapids. But, more importantly, we believe that everyone who is following Christ gets to be a part of God’s mission for their streetcorner. Our team is here to support you as you use your specific gifts and talents to serve the people around you in your daily life.
One of the ways that we reach our streetcorner is through our Tuesday Resource Center for our homeless neighbors. There are many ways to get involved in serving this community. Please contact Bethany for more information and questions about the Resource Center.
Other than Tuesday mornings, there are other ways to serve the neighbors at our Resource Center! We have ongoing needs for food donations that really help the Tuesday crew. Please use the form below to sign up to regularly to donate hamburger meat, butter or bring cookies—whether it’s once a month or once a quarter, we would love you to be a part of helping us serve our neighbors.
Contact Beth with any questions about how to serve.
We host a Resource Center every Tuesday 9:30-12:00. If you are unsheltered or homeless and need a shower, meal, or access to community resources such as medical care, housing information or assistance with online applications, you are welcome to come by!
If you are our neighbor in the city of Grand Rapids who needs financial assistance, feel free to reach out to us at neighborcare@crossroads-bible.org for lists of resources. We are not currently taking requests from the public.
If you are a regular attender on Sundays at Crossroads and need financial or physical assistance, please reach out to care@crossroads-bible.org to have your request considered.
