Rachel & Mina
Rachel and her husband Mina are living in a major city where she is learning the language of the people she is preparing to minister to. This is a difficult region for evangelism with laws making it illegal to assist someone to convert religions to become a Christian. Because of the sensitive nature of her call, we cannot share personal information that might identify her and cause her to be in danger or bring harm to the work she believes she is called to do for the kingdom of God.
I (Rachel) came to this city to enroll in a school to learn the language and to join my team that is preparing to serve in the Middle East / North Africa (MENA) region. I fully expected the vast amount of change and growth that I have experienced, but I never imagined the greatest blessing that has happened… I met a wonderful man (Mina) who has become my husband and is fully onboard with being a vital part of the missional call that is in my heart!
Crossroads has been a wonderful church home and sending church. It is so missional, both locally and globally. It was wonderful to have our Global Missions Pastor and his wife attend and take part in my wedding. Crossroads has been so supportive every step of this journey.
