Mark and Stephanie TeSlaa will introduce couples to the Working Genius framework and explore how it impacts the logistical side of marriage. Every couple has countless decisions, responsibilities, and tasks to manage, and those differences can easily become sources of frustration. Working Genius gives couples a practical language to understand how each spouse is uniquely wired, helping them appreciate their differences, work together more effectively, reduce unnecessary conflict, and thrive as a team.
