Marriage | Young Marrieds Small Group Deadline

If you’re in the first few years of marriage and looking for community with other couples in a similar season, we invite you to consider a Young Marrieds Small Group. Groups meet twice a month in the home of a marriage mentor couple who helps guide conversation, build community, and encourage couples as they grow in their marriage.
Who Is Young Marrieds For?
We define Young Marrieds as couples in the first few years of marriage, generally before stepping into parenthood. We’ve found that once children enter the picture, the rhythms, conversations, and needs of couples change significantly. At that point, a House Church is often a better fit for ongoing community. We certainly have couples who become pregnant or welcome a new baby during the ministry year, and that is completely manageable.
If you already have a child and would still like to participate in Young Marrieds, we ask that you arrange childcare so you can attend group gatherings without your children. This allows you to fully engage and helps create an environment where the other couples can do the same.
If arranging childcare is not something you are comfortable with in this season, we encourage you to consider a House Church that welcomes children.
Young Marrieds Small Groups
Young Marrieds Small Groups are designed to help couples build meaningful relationships with other couples in a similar season of life. Groups meet twice a month from the fall through the end of April or beginning of May. We typically offer options for Sunday afternoons and weekday evenings.
Because meaningful community requires consistency, commitment, and the security of knowing people will show up for one another, joining a Young Marrieds Small Group is a significant commitment. We know life happens and there will occasionally be meetings you need to miss, but we ask couples to register only if they are able to commit to participating regularly throughout the ministry year.
Small groups form only once each year with deadline of September 15 for this ministry year.
This is a firm deadline, as groups will be formed immediately after registration closes.
Not Ready for a Small Group?
If a twice-a-month Small Group is not the best fit for your current season, we would still love to have you connect with other Young Married couples through our Marriage Nights.
October 15 | 6:30–8:30pm
December 2 | 6:30–8:30pm
Marriage Nights are open to couples in all stages of marriage, but Young Married couples will be intentionally seated together to help foster connection with others in a similar season. Registration is required for each Marriage Night.
