Position Summary: Crossroads Bible Church is seeking a Middle School (Outpost 68) Director to lead and support all aspects of our Middle School ministry. This role provides vision, leadership, and hands-on pastoral care for students, volunteer leaders, and families, with a strong focus on discipleship, teaching, and leader development. The Middle School Director works closely with the Student Ministries Pastor to plan and execute engaging large-group and small-group environments, equip and encourage leaders, communicate consistently with parents, and help shape the future direction of the ministry. This position is ideal for a relational leader who is passionate about investing in students and building a healthy, thriving ministry community.

Schedule: Part Time

Position Summary:Crossroads Bible Church is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Associate to help create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the mission of the church. This role assists with the ongoing care of building spaces, ensuring classrooms, worship areas, restrooms, and common areas are well-prepared for services and ministry events. Working under the Operations Director, the Facilities Associate supports setup and teardown needs, monitors supplies, and helps identify maintenance concerns. This position is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in behind-the-scenes service and enjoys contributing to a smooth and hospitable ministry environment.
