Our vision is for the marriages of the Crossroads’ family to grasp the fullness of God’s design–His value for them as individuals made in His image and His plan for marriage to reflect His relational self through their roles and how they interact with one another. We desire to give couples the guidance, support, and encouragement to become godly men and women who impact their families, the church, and the community with Christ’s love.
Marriage was designed by God to reflect His covenant love—and that takes intentionality. The Marriage Huddle brings together stories, wisdom, biblical truth, and practical tools to encourage couples to grow in unity, grace, and purpose. Listen to some episodes and engage with your spouse!
Crossroads believes that the time between engagement and the wedding is an important opportunity for couples to prepare for their marriage, not just plan a wedding. Our premarital support is biblically-based, practical, and personal. Couples are matched with a mentor couple to journey through this important season. Premarital support is available to any couple who calls Crossroads home and is required by couples who are having a Crossroads’ pastor marry them.
The first few years of marriage are foundational to a couple as they transition into their new life together. For this reason, we offer our Young Marrieds group. Our hope is to offer space for couples as they learn more about marriage, process their marriage joys and struggles, and find and form new relationships with couples in a similar stage of life.
The Marriage ministry sends out monthly marriage emails to encourage couples. If you would like to receive those, please sign up here. Marriage ministry also offers other events and retreats for couples to build community and invest in their marriage. This may include events such as a marriage retreat, Sunday morning electives, or pickle ball. Keep an eye on the events page, in the Sunday morning handout, or in the Email Update.
