Have you identified the ways in which God has give you "charisma"? What are you passionate about? What are you interested in? Have you stepped out in that area for your church? Your community?

Share with your group any instances you have where God called you and you stepped out to serve. How did that affect you? How did it affect your community?

Is your small group a cruciform community? In what ways? Why or why not?
